Numerous leaks and rumors all over the internet regarding the upcoming Sony PlayStation 5. A file from an AAA European game developer was posted on Pastebin, and reportedly disclosed the launching date of the PlayStation 5. New rumors about the upcoming PS5 appeared on the web, straight from the same source, saying that Sony will organize an event sometime in the third quarter of year 2019, around July to August.
The company will disclose more about the PS5 at the event, and will also be showing the backward compatibility of the PlayStation 5, which is a hugely demanded option by fans. PlayStation 5 owners will be able to experience and play all the compatible games with the console on it.
PS5 is claimed to have a 7nm AMD Ryzen 8 Core CPU, with 7nm Navi architecture 14TF GPU, 24GB of GDDR6 RAM, and a 2TB NAND flash hard drive.
Sony will soon release some insights concerning their new PS Plus and PS Plus Premium membership plan that will be launched with the PS5. The Premium memberships will grant users the ability to access and play their preferred games before anyone else.
Dual Shock 5 Controller will also be announced by the company. The controller will have a built-in camera for VR gaming and enhanced analog functionality.
The PlayStation VR 2 will also be launched in year 2020. The PS VR 2 will come with a compelling resolution update from its precursor, and a broader field of view. The new PlayStation VR 2 will come with wireless charging and will have a battery lasting 4 to 5 hours, rumors say.
Some of the games which will be launched with the PS5 are Gran Turismo 7, Horizon Zero Dawn 2, The Last of Us 2 Remastered.
